To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

Received your order and it’s not turned out to be quite right?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click ‘Start’

  • Follow the instructions in the returns portal and select the items you want to return. Please see below the items which can be returned. 

  • All complete? Once you’ve finished your returns request you will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What can I return?

You can return your new and unused items within 28 days from the date your order was shipped to you. 

  • The item must be in its original condition that it has arrived to you in

  • For hygiene reasons once the item has been opened we are unable to accept the return, unless faulty. This excludes the resistance bands.

 

 

Please note, that any promotional material or gifts that have been sent to you are unable to be exchanged or accepted for returns. 

Will I be charged for returns?

  • UK customers will receive a prepaid Collect+ label 

  • Non-UK customers will be sent a link to return their parcel and you will be responsible for the charges of the return shipping

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

How soon will I get my refund?

 

  • Once your return is received and checked, if approved, you will receive an email to say your refund is being processed

  • Once your refund has been processed, please allow 3-5 working days for this to appear in your account
